We help owners to maximise their exit. We work with you to grow the underlying asset through process, technology and partnership. Generally there’s an underlying property opportunity but we take every exit on its own merits
We invest in new opportunities around commercial property, often co-investing with our community. Partnership really is the cornerstone of all our investments whether it’s working with existing owners, our community or other investors.
We love deals with a mix of business and property. Between technology, Brexit, COVID and other factors there are few businesses that haven’t needed to pivot in some way. We love to work with established businesses with a property component to realise value.
